Eat smart and run faster

Food Run: Eat Smart is a free running game. Healthy food speeds the runner up. Treats slow them down. The first time you eat a food, you unlock a short fact about it.

Available on iPhone and iPad

The App Store name is Food Run: Eat Smart. The subtitle is “Learn healthy eating by play.” Muhammad Yaseen is the seller. It is free, in English, rated 4+, and version 1.2.0 was released on 29 October 2026. It is designed for iPhone and needs iOS 13.0 or later.

In the run, broccoli, eggs, fish, fruit, milk and water make you faster, help you jump higher and let you switch lanes quicker. Keep that up and you reach Beast Mode, strong enough to smash obstacles. Burgers, fries, soda and donuts score more points and slow you down until jumping gets hard. The game treats a treat as something that is fine sometimes, and it shows what happens when that is all you eat.

The Food Book is a card for every food you taste for the first time: what protein does for muscles, why water is the best drink, how much sugar is in a can of soda. After the run, Your Plate shows healthy food versus treats and one tip based on what you actually ate.

There are 45 levels in 9 worlds. Each stage has its own mission, such as eat 8 healthy foods, collect coins, or finish without a hit, and its own weather: sunny, sunset, fog, rain, snow or night. You can pick Easy, Normal or Hard, play as Zain or Zara, and unlock power-ups on a Star Road.
