When a Los Angeles morning call actually lands
Pakistan does not observe daylight saving. Los Angeles does. From the second Sunday in March to the first Sunday in November, Los Angeles is on PDT and the gap is 12 hours: 9:00 in the morning there is 9:00 in the evening here. A call between 8:00 and 11:00 PT is an evening call for us, and that is the window we offer.
From November to March the gap is 13 hours. Add one hour to those clock times. That only holds if the brief was approved before you uploaded. A new script request at 5pm PT waits until we are at our desks.

Name the audience in one line: new hires, all staff, a customer, or a board. Name the shelf: an LMS, an intranet, a website, or an all-hands. Say whether footage already exists. If it does, send it. If it does not, say so, and we will plan a film from slides, screen recordings, licensed footage or AI scenes rather than pretending we filmed your office.
One reviewer has the last word. Put their name in the brief. We can sign your NDA before you send unreleased material; ask for it on the first email. We will not put internal footage in a portfolio, a reel or this website unless you agree in writing afterward.
Files you get, and files you do not
A 16:9 master for the intranet or the site, burned-in captions or a separate caption file, and a 9:16 cut only if the brief asked for a social version. Training videos stay in the aspect ratio the LMS expects.
Short jobs can use the fixed packages from $75. A training series, a company film with interviews, or anything that needs a stakeholder review cycle is a custom quote. The quote names the number of review rounds. Extra rounds are not silent.

A leadership note people will watch: what changed, what did not, and what they should do on Monday. Captions on, because it will be watched at a desk.
Company film
What the company does, for the website or a deck. Built from interviews you record, slides, screen captures, or licensed footage when you have nothing filmed.
Event cuts
You send the recording of the talk or the all-hands. We cut the highlight. We do not shoot the event.
A numbers film
An annual update or a product explanation where the pictures are charts you provide. We do not invent the figures.
