This page is for buyers in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain and Oman who want video produced online: ads, company films, Arabic and English versions, and edits of footage you already have.
We are in Pakistan. We do not have an office, a filming permit or a trade license in the Gulf. If a tender requires a UAE production company on site, say so at the start and we will decline. The work we do take is briefed, reviewed and delivered on a link.

Hours, language, money
The reason to use a Gulf page, instead of the generic studio page, is the clock and the language. Both are specific.
The time difference is small, and it is not the same in every country
Pakistan is UTC+5 all year. The UAE and Oman are UTC+4, one hour behind us. Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait and Bahrain are UTC+3, two hours behind us. None of these countries are on daylight saving, so the gap does not move in summer.
A 10:00 meeting in Dubai is 11:00 in Pakistan. A 10:00 meeting in Riyadh or Doha is 12:00 in Pakistan. Both sit inside a normal working day on our side, which is why Gulf calls do not need the evening window we use for Los Angeles.
Weekends are not one GCC weekend
The UAE's weekend is Saturday and Sunday. Other GCC countries have not always matched that, and a one-line claim here would go stale. When you book, name the country and the days you are closed. We will not schedule a review call on the day you tell us is the weekend.
Arabic is a booking, not a checkbox
We deliver Arabic voice-over and right-to-left captions. The dialect changes the voice we book. Write 'MSA' or name the Gulf dialect in the brief. If we cannot book that voice for your date, we will say so before you pay, rather than substitute a different Arabic and hope you do not notice.
English is the default language of the call. Urdu is available inside the team. French, German and Spanish captions are a separate request, listed on the FAQ, and they are not the point of this page.
Prices, invoices and what a local tender needs
The prices on the site are in US dollars: video ads from $75, AI video from $200. If your finance team needs the number in dirhams or riyals, ask and we will put that figure on the quote. The quote is not a UAE tax invoice and it is not a local company invoice.
Payment is the same as everywhere else we work: Fiverr, PayPal, Payoneer, Wise or a bank transfer, as described on the FAQ.
Placeholder: we do not publish named Gulf clients, ministries or developers on this page. The client map lower on the page is countries from our Fiverr seller analytics, not a list of Dubai campaigns.
Jobs Gulf clients actually send
English and Arabic versions
One picture edit, then an Arabic voice-over and Arabic captions, or the reverse. Tell us Modern Standard Arabic or a Gulf dialect before we book the voice. We confirm the voice. We do not guess the dialect.
Ads for the platforms you name
Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Snapchat when you say the ad will run there. The ratio is the one that placement uses. We do not run the campaign.
Company films from your material
Interviews you record, slides, and photos. We do not fly a crew to a site in Dubai or Riyadh.
Property footage you already shot
If you have a walkthrough or stills, we can edit them. We do not shoot towers, and we do not imply we did.
AI scenes when a shoot is impossible
Generated product or presenter shots, on the AI video page's prices, with the same refusal list: no real private person without written permission.
Dated campaigns
Ramadan, Eid and White Friday only with your dates and the offer rules. Book the approval earlier. Client reviews slow down in those weeks. Production does not stop, and we are not a seasonal specialist.
